Skeletor stamper is complete. The card has been opened and has a Severely DAMAGED CARD & BUBBLE. Skeletor himself is in great condition as showcased in photos

Skeletor Condition: Overall excellent with very nice paint detail and nothing broken or damaged.  The ink cap is still attached, however the ink has naturally dried as it is about 40 years old.
