1992 series 1 FERENGI (Early release variant with NO black stripes on boots)

Originally when playmates released this figure, his boots were plain(no black stripe).  Playmates quickly replaced these to include the black stripe on the top of the boots.  The versions without a stripe were made in far fewer numbers and for only a small time. This is the harder to find version without the stripe.

100% COMPLETE with all weapons/accessories including the stand
