To find this playset 100% complete with the box, and especially in this great of condition is very difficult. Usually this item is sold missing several parts or is discolored, worn, or heavily played with.(but not this one!) This was only recently opened and put together and therefore is in great shape and collector worthy.

condition: both the fire house as well as the box are in overall excellent condition.  No broken, damaged, or missing parts. The playset was only recently put together, therefore all stickers are nice, all tabs and pegs are intact. Includes the sign, all rails, working elevator, both doors, all stickers applied and in great condition, and full containment unit.  

     The box is also in overall excellent well taken care of condition, minor shelf wear only. All graphics are present with no rips or tears, and the upc and pop are still intact as well.
