1974 authentic vintage  Dorthy's dog TOTO & PICNIC BASKET  

intended for 8 inch mego or similar size and scale action figures.

condition: Overall excellent. Toto has nice paint detail and no broken or damaged parts, basket is excellent as well and includes the full handle with latch still intact. 

For figure size: Toto is 1.5 inch tall / basket is 2 inch long and1.75 inch tall from base to handle top
